From Quote to Pickup
Bookings happen four to six months out for peak wedding season in East Highland Park, six to eight weeks off-season. The booking starts with a scope review — guest count, event tier, venue, run-of-show, planner contact. Two weeks before the event, we walk the venue with you or your planner to mark placement. One week out, you receive the photo set of your assigned trailer and a delivery confirmation with driver name and ETA window.
