Climate-controlled. Pre-walked. Pricing that stays where the contract says it does.
for People Who Notice the Things That Matter
This page is for you if you're the one already sweating the small stuff. The wedding planner whose binder has color-coded tabs and a printed run-of-show on heavyweight paper. The corporate event manager in Crooks who scoped twelve vendors before settling on three. The facilities director coordinating restroom continuity during a building's eight-month plumbing retrofit. The board chair organizing a 400-person donor reception where every name on the guest list has a story behind it.
You don't need a sales pitch. You need a vendor who matches your standard. Ben Thompson built our restroom trailer rental division for the version of you reading this. We don't oversell — we walk you through the actual specs of the trailer we're proposing, the actual generator and water requirements, the actual placement constraints at your venue. Then we deliver exactly what we said we'd deliver.
Available for Crooks Bookings • Specified by event tier and operational reality
Picture the day, not the equipment.
The morning of your event, the trailer is already in place — leveled, tested, photographed for your records. Your venue manager has met our driver and signed off on placement. Generator placement is hidden behind a pre-identified hedge line, well outside the photo zones your planner walked with us two weeks earlier. Climate control is running, so when guests enter on a hot Crooks afternoon, the interior is comfortable. Mid-event servicing happens during a pre-marked 12-minute lull and the tech uses an unmarked vehicle, so nobody at the reception notices. By the end of the night, you've thanked the planner, the photographer, the band, and the caterer. You haven't thought about the bathroom situation since you signed the contract eight weeks ago. That's the result.
We send you a photo set of your assigned trailer 24 hours before delivery, taken that morning.
We confirm hookups during scope review and venue walkthrough. Quiet inverter and tank available if needed.
Service scheduled during pre-agreed lulls using unmarked vehicles for premium events.
From Quote to Pickup
Bookings happen four to six months out for peak wedding season in Crooks, six to eight weeks off-season. The booking starts with a scope review — guest count, event tier, venue, run-of-show, planner contact. Two weeks before the event, we walk the venue with you or your planner to mark placement. One week out, you receive the photo set of your assigned trailer and a delivery confirmation with driver name and ETA window. Day-of, the trailer lands during the window, the driver walks placement with your contact, tests every fixture, and signs off. During the event, mid-event servicing follows the schedule you marked. Pickup happens the morning after for most events, or same-night for venues with strict next-day requirements.
"A coordinator booked a six-stall luxury restroom trailer for a 350-guest outdoor wedding south of Crooks eight months in advance. Three days before the event, the venue's primary generator failed inspection... We brought a quiet inverter at no extra cost, repositioned the trailer 40 feet to keep it outside the photo zones... Her note to us the week after: 'I never had to tell the bride there was a problem.'"
"Used a four-stall trailer for my outdoor wedding. The driver leveled the trailer twice because the slope had shifted after a rainstorm. The trailer didn't appear in any of the wedding photos. That kind of attention is worth the rate."
"Coordinated a 400-person corporate event in Crooks. Their team mapped placement around our catering setup, brought a quiet generator, and serviced mid-event without interrupting the program. Easy decision to use them next year."
"School district renovation project booked us for a six-stall trailer over a planned six-month engagement. The project ran nine months. Same monthly rate held the entire time."
For peak wedding season (April-October), four to six months out. Off-season, six to eight weeks. Rush bookings inside two weeks possible if inventory fits.
Most need power; we bring quiet inverter generators if your Crooks venue can't supply one. Freshwater is brought in our own tank for self-contained operation.
